All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped.

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as a return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any replacement for free or/and will issue only a partial refund (shipping fees will be deducted and 15% restocking fee will apply)


Your order may be delivered to you by freight company. The freight company will call you to set up an appointment for delivery. In the rare case they don't call you, you can either contact us or call them directly to set the delivery time and date.


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled for free. Shipping cost back to our warehouse and 15% restocking fees will be deducted from your refund, we will also deduct a 3% payment processing fee.
