Great service! Right from the start of The website, to the online consultation with the Mr Cool rep. Delivery was quick and easy to set up. The installation is some work but definitely set up for the DIY’er. The inside heads are amazingly quiet. I would definitely recommend Mr Cool to anyone looking to heat/cool areas in the home and such.

Got a call immediately after placing my order to confirm it was correct and shipping was about 7 days or so after that. The freight company placed the entire pallet in my garage. All stacked and wrapped perfect

I bought my MRCOOL mini-splits a 2 zone…

I bought my Mr.Cool mini splits a 2 zone system 30k BTU and it has changed my life. Our house had an old furnace that was fed by oil and not only was it inefficient it was very expensive. It was a very easy process to find the exact breakdown that I wanted for my 2 zone system and the length of the line sets that I wanted. Many websites don't give you more options other than the 25 ft. The delivery was great as well.

Fantastic company and service

Ordered a 36k condenser, 24k wall unit and 2x9k wall units. Shipped within days and received great tracking info. Everything arrived in perfect condition and is up and running perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the result. Another stockist was charging over $800 more plus tax for the exact same product. Cool mini splits were awesome from day one. Highly recommended

5 star rating for this company. The support was excellent. I had some shipping issues but it was out weighed by the excellent text & picture illustration support I got from Alex when I had a problem after I did my install. Really really great support. Would recommend.

The staff and sell reps were great...

The staff and sell reps where great and worked great with me and my special requests. My only problem was that I need extra line sets but the communication lines that come with them are smaller gage wire and don't connect with the pro com lines that come with the gen 4. Also the connecters from the pro com lines and these smaller ones don't connect (both are male fittings) so you have to cut them and use wire nuts or solder them together. Other then that everything great.

Great and honest business to deal with. The 24k Mr Cool was a perfect solution for my garage. We plan to install another unit in our home soon. Easy install and Alex and the staff are always there to answer any questions. Highly recommend them to anyone needing an efficient heating or cooling solution! AAAAA+++++

Extremely helpful- even though I didn't purchase from them. The man that I spoke with explained everything to me until he was sure that I understood, and helped me to find the best and fastest way to get what I needed in time.

I found the entire experience...

I found the entire experience with MRCOOL to be easy. The unit arrived in great condition with all the necessary parts. The install was very easy and was not difficult at all. My 18k unit turned my Florida workshop into a comfortable workspace. Several of my friends are in the process of adding a/c to their shops based on my experience.

Great customer service...

In an age when customer service leaves much to be desired Cool Minisplits does a fantastic job. They made sure when I made my order that I had all the correct parts and have been available anytime I’ve needed any installation help. Very quick response and available seemingly all times of day or night.

Cool-minisplits is the way to go...

Cool mini split was awesome, bought the universal unit and it was the cheapest when taking into account no tax. The unit got here with in two weeks. They use a third party freight company, but item arrived in good condition. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them.
