Which line should I buy?
DIY Select costs the least. EasyPro adds leak detection, a Gold Fin coated outdoor unit and a longer warranty. 5th Gen is the most efficient, comes with a 25 ft line set and is the only one with a 36K size.
How long is the line set?
DIY Select and EasyPro come with an 11.5 ft line set. 5th Gen comes with 25 ft. The lines are sealed and can’t be cut.
Can I plug it into a regular outlet?
No. Even the 115V sizes need their own dedicated circuit and a disconnect near the outdoor unit.
