Price Match Policy

We sell MRCOOL systems at the lowest price MRCOOL allows. If you find the same product for less, send it to us and we’ll review it for a price match.

How to request a price match

1. Find the identical product: same MRCOOL model number, size and configuration.
2. Email a link to support@cool-minisplits.com, or text a screenshot of the lower price to (302) 385-6142, before you place your order.
3. We check it and reply within a few business hours. If it qualifies, we send you a matching price to check out with.

What qualifies

• The seller is an authorized MRCOOL dealer in the United States.
• The product is new, identical and in stock at that price.
• The price includes shipping to your address in the 48 contiguous states.

What doesn’t qualify

• Used, open-box, refurbished or marketplace listings from sellers who aren’t authorized MRCOOL dealers.
• Coupons, rebates, gift cards, loyalty rewards, bundles, or limited-quantity and clearance deals.
• Orders that have already been placed.

We review every request and decide what qualifies.
