Interactive Group LLC operates cool-minisplits.com.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Wallet availability depends on your browser, device, and eligibility; the available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Currency, tax, and shipping

All prices, shipping values, and transactions are processed in United States Dollars ($ USD).

Ground and freight shipping is free on kept orders delivered to the 48 contiguous United States. Sales tax is calculated and collected during checkout where required by applicable state and local laws. Review your order total before placing your order.

We don’t add a surcharge at checkout. The 3% card processing fee charged by the payment provider is non-refundable, so it is deducted from refunds on cancelled orders and customer remorse returns. It is not deducted when an order is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Payment timing

Payment is due when you place your order. Your payment provider may show an authorization before the completed charge. The charge and refund posting times can differ by payment provider.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify’s PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform. Checkout uses encrypted HTTPS / TLS connections to protect payment information in transit.
