Our story

Who we are

Cool Mini Splits is run by Interactive Group LLC, a company registered in Delaware. We started selling online in 2018, became an authorized MRCOOL dealer in 2021, and now sell MRCOOL DIY systems only, so we know that one line inside out.

For a while the store was called FrosthubUSA. We’ve gone back to the Cool Mini Splits name, so the same store works at both cool-minisplits.com and frosthubusa.com, and our Trustpilot reviews are still listed under FrosthubUSA.

Our online store and customer service team work from Da Nang, Vietnam, on US Eastern hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. All of our stock sits in our Kentucky, USA warehouse and ships from there.

How orders ship

Shipped from Kentucky

Every order ships from our logistics hub in Kentucky, USA. Systems go by freight. Accessories ship by ground. You get tracking by email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Our Delaware address is for legal registration only. It isn’t a warehouse or a showroom, and we don’t take walk-ins.

Returns are requested through us and picked up by MRCOOL. Never send anything to the Delaware address.
